HT JIMAT PREPAID PACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The NEW Halo Telco PEK JIMAT Prepaid data plans and passes, hereinafter referred to as “HTJIMAT Plans” are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This HTJIMAT Plans terms and conditions(“Terms and Conditions”) shall be supplementary to the Halo Telco Service Subscription (‘Halo Telco Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) and shall be read together with Halo Telco HTJIMAT Prepaid Pack terms and conditions (“HTJIMAT Pack Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Halo Telco from time to time. Subscribers who subscribe to any data plans under this HTJIMAT Plans are bound by all the above terms and conditions and any decisions made by Halo Telco shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  2. HTJIMAT Pack shall be made available to all new & existing subscriber(s) (“Subscriber”) of Halo Telco Services from 5th September 2022 (“Effective Date”) onwards. Eligible new Halo Telco subscribers (as of 00:01hrs 5th September 2022 and onwards) and existing Halo Telco subscribers’ mobile numbers (collectively as “Halo Telco Subscribers'') that participate in this HTJIMAT Pack are bound by this HTJIMAT Terms and conditions together with the Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, HTJIMAT Data Plan Terms and Conditions and/or any other terms and conditions related to the provision of Halo Telco’s Service. Halo Telco reserves the right to amend, cancel or modify, any HTJIMAT Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. Any decisions made by Halo Telco shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained. Changes will be posted on Halo Telco’s www.halogo.my (‘Website”).
  3. Eligibility criteria (“Eligibility”):
    • a. All new line activations and successful ports-in only within the Promo Period (Refer to Clause 2 above) via HaloGo Lifestyle App self-registration.
  4. The pay-per-use service rates for HT JIMAT pack are as below:

  5. Service definitions
    • a. On-net calls refer to outgoing domestic calls (including VoLTE and VoWIFI) within numbers on the Halo Telco network.
    • b. Off-net calls refer to outgoing domestic calls (including VoLTE and VoWIFI) to other networks.
    • c. Domestic calls to premium/special numbers (including but not exclusive to 1-300, 1-800, and others) will incur charges as per applicable rates.
    • d. All-net calls refer to outgoing domestic calls to Halo Telco and other networks.
    • e. Premium and/or Content SMS will refer to rates by respective providers.
    • f. International and/or Roaming services will refer to respective rates by country.
  6. Switching to the HTJIMAT Pack (Existing Subscribers)

    Switching of plans shall be made known to eligible Halo Telco subscribers via HaloGo Lifestyle App or SMS for 300 Halo Telco points or RM5.00 credit (in the event of insufficient Halo Telco Points available or upon subscriber’s request).

    • a. Upon successful switching to the HTJIMAT Pack, all of the Subscriber’s existing services will be forfeited along with any existing ‘Freebies’, data plans, passes, booster plans and others. It is advisable for subscribers to utilise all available quotas (including but not limited to paid or free data, voice, SMS) before switching to the HTJIMAT Pack.
    • b. Subscriber’s credit validity will be maintained after switching.
    • c. To switch to HTJIMAT Pack via HaloGo Lifestyle App following these steps:
      • STEP 1 = Download /Update to the latest version of HaloGo Lifestyle App
      • STEP 2 = In “My Account”, tap “Redeem” at the top right corner
      • STEP 3 = Tap “Switch to HTJIMAT Pack”, read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of switching by checking the boxes and tapping “Confirm”
      • STEP 4 = Subscriber will receive an SMS upon successfully switching
    • d. Subscribers can also switch tariff by sending SMS TTPJ to 2222 (There are no charges for SMS sent from Halo Telco numbers to 2222). Subject to the terms and conditions as per below:
      1. 300 Tune Talk BIG Points will be deducted from the Subscriber's account upon successful request during normal period. This deduction may not be applicable during promotional periods as notified by Halo Telco.
      2. Subscriber's existing data quota will be forfeited along with any Passes, Data Plans, Boosters and Freebies.
      3. Subscribers are not allowed to revert back to their old plan and/or request to refund for any forfeited quota.
    • e. Switching to HTJIMAT Pack is not compulsory. Subscribers may remain with their current respective packs (tariff plans) until such plans are discontinued or decided otherwise by Halo Telco.
    • f. Once a subscriber has switched to HTJIMAT Pack, they are not allowed to revert to any legacy packs. Requests to refund for any forfeited quota will not be entertained.
    • g. Eligibility to switch into the HTJIMAT Pack is subjected to Halo Telco’s sole discretion.
    • h. For a limited period from 5th September 2022 until 31st December 2022, existing Halo Telco subscribers can switch to the new HTJIMAT Pack with zero points or credit.
  7. FREE 1GB HaloGo Lifestyle App Offer (“App 1GB Freebie”)

    HT JIMAT pack provides 1GB free for new HT JIMAT subscribers who use the HaloGo Lifestyle App.

    • a. All new subscribers of the HTJIMAT Pack or ‘Halo Telco Partner’ equivalent packs on our Network in Active status on or after 5th September 2022 are eligible to opt-in for the App 1GB Freebie within 60 days of activation or request to port-in. Existing subscribers’ lines that switch into HT JIMAT is not eligible.
    • b. The HaloGo Lifestyle App refers exclusively to the official HaloGo Lifestyle App on Google Play, Apple AppStore and Huawei AppGallery. Any and all of Halo Telco Partners’ Apps will not contain the 1GB App Freebie.
    • c. Subscriber must be in Active (AC) status (ACTIVE status means that a subscriber’s Halo Telco credit validity has not expired) to participate in this Offer.
    • d. Subscribers can opt-in for the App 1GB Freebie via the HaloGo Lifestyle App > Plans > Freebies & Others
    • e. Upon successful opt-in, subscriber will receive 1GB hi-speed data, valid for 7 days including date of opt-in.
  8. Free Basic Internet

    HT JIMAT pack provides Free Basic Internet (“FBI”) to all active Halo Telco subscribers on the HTJIMAT Pack allowing subscribers who have either exhausted their existing data packages (bonus, mobile internet, paid or free) or have no data packages, to enjoy always-on basic data connectivity at no cost.

    • a. 10GB of FBI with speeds of up to 256kbps will be provided upon activation or switching and will be refreshed every 30 days in perpetuity from and including the day of activation or switch.
    • b. FBI quota cannot be carried forward.
    • c. To utilise FBI, subscribers must be in ACTIVE status.
    • d. The FBI quota made available herein is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other subscriber's prepaid account.
    • e. FBI data can only be used domestically i.e. within Malaysia
    • f. Halo Telco reserves the right to cease, alter or suspend the provision of the FBI usage at any time without prior notice based on its sole and absolute discretion. In view thereof and for the avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination, or suspension by Halo Telco does not entitle the subscribers to any claims and/or compensation against Halo Telco (whether in cash or in kind) for all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the subscribers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.
  9. All data, voice or SMS plans within HT JIMAT and equivalent tariffs are subject to Halo Telco’s Fair Usage Policy or promotions solely determined by Halo Telco from time to time.
  10. Any queries pertaining to the above HTJIMAT Pack should be directed to Halo Telco’s Customer Care by calling 011-5050 5020 or 03-5870 3107 from 8am to 9pm daily.
  11. By using Halo Telco Jimat pack, all subscribers are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Halo Telco Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, as and when so amended from time to time and any decision made by Halo Telco shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained. Where the Terms & Conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and the words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
  12. The law governing this Terms and Conditions shall be the law of Malaysia.
  13. Halo Telco reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
  14. The subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements and governed by Halo Telco’s Privacy Policy as stated here at https://www.halogo.my/privacy_policies. Kindly refer to the link for details information and understanding of the scope of the privacy policy therein.
HT JIMAT PREPAID DATA PLANS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The NEW Halo Telco PEK JIMAT Prepaid data plans and passes, hereinafter referred to as “HTJIMAT Plans” are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. This HTJIMAT Plans terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall be supplementary to the Halo Telco Service Subscription (‘Halo Telco Service Subscription Terms and Conditions”) and shall be read together with Halo Telco HT JIMAT Prepaid Pack terms and conditions (“HTJIMAT Pack Terms and Conditions”) as and when so amended by Halo Telco from time to time. Subscribers who subscribe to any data plans under this HTJIMAT Plans are bound by all the above terms and conditions and any decisions made by Halo Telco shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
  2. HTJIMAT Plans shall be made available to eligible all new & existing Halo Telco subscribers from 00:01, 5th September 2022 (“Effective Date”) onwards. These HTJIMAT Plans are valid for all eligible new Halo Telco subscribers (as of 00:01hrs 5th September 2022 and onwards) and existing Halo Telco subscribers (collectively as "Halo Telco Subscribers") who have switched into HTJIMAT Pack. Eligibility is defined by having the ‘Pek JIMAT’ tariff plan. Eligible Halo Telco subscribers include subscribers who submit their port-in request on Effective Date onwards.
  3. Previous data plans (including but not limited to plans, freebies or offers under Halo Telco BUDDIES, Halo Telco VALUE, Halo Telco CUN VALUE or Halo Telco HI VALUE plans etc.) will no longer be available for HTJIMAT subscribers, and from the stated Effective Date onwards can only subscribe to all plans enlisted in Clause 4 below including future offers eligible to HTJIMAT pack subscribers.
  4. The details of the HTJIMAT Plans (quota, validity and price) are as summarized in the table below:

  5. Purchase of HTJIMAT Plans
    • a. Subscribers must have sufficient credit to purchase, repurchase or auto-renew their plans.
    • b. HTJIMAT plans can be purchased in Active or Grace Period status.
    • c. In the event of subscriber subscribing to any plan/pass subscription, his/her credit validity will be extended (as per 'Validity' of respective plans in the table in Clause 4). However, if the subscriber's current credit validity is longer than the validity of the purchased plan, it will not stack on top of any existing validity. Sample scenarios below serve to remove any doubt:
      • i. If subscriber’s credit is currently valid until 30th September 2022, and he/she purchases a Fokus 33 monthly plan (30 days credit validity) on 27th September 2022, their new credit validity upon successful purchase is 26th October 2022.
      • ii. If subscriber’s credit is currently valid until 30th October 2022 and he/she purchases a Call 20 monthly plan (30 days credit validity) on 27th September 2022, their new credit validity is maintained at 30th October 2022.
    • d. Upon expiry of plans, no quotas (data, voice, SMS) or any balance thereof will be carried forward.
    • e. All validities are denoted in days which includes day of subscription and is based on a daily basis beginning 00:00 to 23:59 Malaysian Time (GMT +8). Plans will expire or renew at 23:59hrs at the end of the respective plan’s/pass’s validity.
    • f. General mechanics of Plan Types:
      • i. Subscribers can only have one (1) active Mobile Internet (“MI”) plan at a time. If subscriber subscribes to the same or different MI Plan while still on an active MI plan, the new MI plan will override the current active plan and all balance data or voice quota on the current active plan will be forfeited. Subscribers are advised to check and confirm current active data plan before making any new MI plan subscriptions.
      • ii. However other bonus plans/passes, and boosters can coexist with an active Mobile Internet (“MI”) plan.
      • iii. It is not necessary for subscribers to have an active MI plan to purchase bonus plans. However, to purchase boosters, subscribers need to have an active and eligible Mobile Internet (“MI”) plan. (Refer to the table in Clause 4 above)
      • iv. Repurchasing the same bonus plan will override any existing quota of the same bonus. However, subscribers can subscribe to different bonus plans at the same time. The usage of multiple bonus plans is based on the prioritisation as per table in Clause 14.
      • v. Subscribers who have active boosters can only purchase the similar booster after 75% of the booster quota have been utilised and will override the existing active booster.
        • For removal of doubt, a subscriber who has an active B10 booster and utilised 8.20GB (82% utilisation of booster) and purchases another B10 booster, he will only have a total of 10.0GB from the newly purchased booster quota.
      • vi. Subscribers can purchase different boosters within eligible MIs, wherever applicable.
      • vii. Bonus plans and booster plans (except UNLCalls) will not be automatically renewed.
      • viii. Upon purchase of plans or passes, the subscription fee will be deducted from available Halo Telco credit or other available forms of payment.
    • g. Short-term Passes
      • i. Harian (“Harian”) Pass
        • Harian pass is priced at RM1.00 and comes with 500MB shareable data quota with voice calls to the same network (subject to Fair Usage Policy)
        • The Harian pass is valid for 1-day and expires at 11:59pm (MYT) on the same day of subscription and does not automatically renew.
        • Any unused Harian quota does not carry forward.
      • ii. Mingguan Pass
        • The Mingguan pass is priced at RM12.00 and comes with unlimited data quota (capped at 15GB) with voice calls to all networks (subject to Fair Usage Policy).
        • Subscribers will enjoy speeds up to 3Mbps for the first 10GB, and speeds up to 1Mbps for the remaining 5GB, which is a total data quota of 15GB. This base quota is non-shareable.
        • This plan does not come with additional hotspot quota.
        • To share data, subscribers can purchase the Mingguan booster (“B3M”) for 1.5GB shareable hi-speed data. Once exhausted, hotspot activity will experience hard stop.
        • The Mingguan pass is valid for 7 days and does not automatically renew.
        • If the subscriber subscribes to another Mingguan pass while having an active Mingguan pass, the active pass will be forfeited.
      • e. Switching to HTJIMAT Pack is not compulsory. Subscribers may remain with their current respective packs (tariff plans) until such plans are discontinued or decided otherwise by Halo Telco.
      • f. Once a subscriber has switched to HTJIMAT Pack, they are not allowed to revert to any legacy packs. Requests to refund for any forfeited quota will not be entertained.
      • g. Eligibility to switch into the HTJIMAT Pack is subjected to Halo Telco’s sole discretion.
      • h. For a limited period from 5th September 2022 until 31st December 2022, existing Halo Telco subscribers can switch to the new HTJIMAT Pack with zero points or credit.
    • h. Monthly plans
      • i. Call 20 Monthly Plan (“Call Plan”)
        • The Call Plan is priced at RM20.00 and comes with 3GB hi-speed base data quota, unlimited data for Connect Apps and unlimited voice calls to all networks (subject to the Fair Usage Policy).
        • The Call Plan is valid for 30 days and will be automatically renewed by default (this can be turned off within the HaloGo Lifestyle App) after expiry, provided that there is sufficient credit balance in your Halo Telco mobile number or other registered forms of payment.
        • Any hotspot usage will utilise the base data quota and/or boosters (if available). The unlimited Connect data is not shareable.
        • Connect data is only applicable for text, images, videos, voice/video calls etc. posted and/or viewed within WhatsApp, WeChat and Google Maps. However, shared links (articles, YouTube videos, items from other sources that are not within the list above), will utilise data quota from the Call Plan’s base data quota or other active data plans including basic internet.
          • All Voice calls or Video calls made with other apps will utilise base data quota or basic internet (for those without data plans or freebies).
          • Unlimited quota for Connect Apps is only for subscribers’ individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspot). Connect Apps quota is subject to Fair Usage Policy (limited to 50GB and speeds of up to 3Mbps). Upon reaching the Fair Usage Policy threshold, other data buckets (including but not limited to the base quota) will be utilised.
      • ii. Hi-15 Monthly Plan (“Hi15”)
        • Hi15 is priced at RM15.00 and comes with a 10GB of hi-speed base data quota and unlimited on-net voice calls (subject to Fair Usage Policy).
        • Hi15 is valid for 30 days and will be automatically renewed by default upon expiry (this can be turned off within the HaloGo Lifestyle App), provided that there is sufficient credit balance in your Halo Telco mobile number or other registered forms of payment.
        • Any usage on YouTube, Netflix and Facebook, including Facebook Messenger (video-related sites) will also utilise the base data quota at speeds of 1Mbps.
        • Any hotspot usage will utilise Hi15’s base data quota and/or boosters (if any) and speed limits for selected apps apply.
      • iii. Hi-35 Monthly Plan (“Hi35”)
        • Hi-35 Monthly Plan (“Hi35”) - available from 20th September 2022 onwards
        • Hi35 is priced at RM35.00 and comes with a 35GB of hi-speed base data quota and unlimited voice calls to all networks (subject to Fair Usage Policy).
        • Hi35 is valid for 30 days and will be automatically renewed by default upon expiry (this can be turned off within the HaloGo Lifestyle App), provided that there is sufficient credit balance in your Halo Telco mobile number or other registered forms of payment.
        • Any hotspot usage will utilise Hi35’s base data quota and/or boosters (if any) and speed limits for selected apps apply.
      • iii. Fokus 33 Plan (“Fokus 33”)

        • Fokus 33 is bundled with a separate 4GB shareable hotspot quota. Once exhausted, hotspot activity will experience hard stop. Subscribers can purchase the B3 boosters to continue sharing data.
        • Fokus 33 is valid for 30 days and will auto-renew by default upon expiry (this can be turned off within the HaloGo Lifestyle App), provided that there is sufficient credit balance in your Halo Telco mobile number or other registered forms of payment.
        • Fokus 33 payment plan package (“Super Jimat plan”)
          • These 3- or 12-month Super Jimat plans will be automatically refreshed for 2 cycles (The 31st day, and 61st day of the plan) or 11 cycles respectively (The 31st day, 61st day, 91st day, and so on), and will auto-renew with the same Super Jimat plan at the end of the 3rd cycle (91st day) or 12th cycle (361st day) with sufficient credit available.
          • Balance data quotas or boosters from each cycle will not be carried forward into the next refreshed cycle
          • The 1.5GB Booster (“B3B”) data booster is available for all Super Jimat plans, priced at RM3 and comes with 1.5GB of hi-speed data that follows the validity of your active MI plan.
          • Subscribers that subscribe to either the 3 months or 12 months Super Jimat plan will not be able to subscribe to any other MI plans unless they unsubscribe from the existing active Super Jimat plan first.
      • iv. Fokus 40 Plan (“Fokus 40”)

          • These 3- or 12-month Super Jimat plans will be automatically refreshed for 2 cycles (The 31st day, and 61st day of the plan) or 11 cycles respectively (The 31st day, 61st day, 91st day, and so on), and will auto-renew with the same Super Jimat plan at the end of the 3rd cycle (91st day) or 12th cycle (361st day) with sufficient credit available.

          • These 3- or 12-month Super Jimat plans will be automatically refreshed for 2 cycles (The 31st day, and 61st day of the plan) or 11 cycles respectively (The 31st day, 61st day, 91st day, and so on), and will auto-renew with the same Super Jimat plan at the end of the 3rd cycle (91st day) or 12th cycle (361st day) with sufficient credit available.
          • Balance data quotas or boosters from each cycle will not be carried forward into the next refreshed cycle.
          • The 1.5GB Booster (“B3B”) data booster is available for all Super Jimat plans, priced at RM3 and comes with 1.5GB of hi-speed data that follows the validity of your active MI plan.
          • Subscribers that subscribe to either the 3 months or 12 months Super Jimat plan will not be able to subscribe to any other MI plans unless they unsubscribe from the existing active Super Jimat plan first.
    • i Yearly plans (Pelan Tahunan)
      • 1. Tahunan 99 plan (“Tahunan 99”)
        • Tahunan 99 provides 2GB of shareable hi-speed data quota, unlimited on-net calls (subject to Fair Usage Policy) and 30 days of credit validity extension per 30-days and auto-refreshes for another 11 cycles at a one-time cost of RM99.00. Balance data quotas or boosters from each cycle will not be carried forward into the next refreshed cycle.
        • Subscribers that subscribe to Tahunan 99 will not be able to subscribe to any other MI plans unless they unsubscribe from this plan first.
        • For clarity, the “Tahunan” term in this “Tahunan Data Plan” refers to the year-on-year renewal nature of the plan and not referring to the regular calculation of a yearly period of 365 days. It is a 30-day renewal cycle where a period starting one day in a calendar month and ending on the numerically corresponding day 30-days later in the next calendar month. This plan automatically renews at the end of the 12th cycle (every 360 days) subject to sufficient credit and must be in Active status during day of renewal.
        • This plan auto-renews at the end of the 12th cycle (360 days) provided that there is sufficient credit balance in your Halo Telco mobile number or other registered forms of payment.
        • The 1.5GB Booster (“B3”) data booster is available for Tahunan 99, priced at RM3.00 and comes with 1.5GB of hi-speed data that follows the validity of your active Tahunan plan. Connect data is only applicable for text, images, videos, voice/video calls etc. posted and/or viewed within WhatsApp, WeChat and Google Maps. However, shared links (articles, YouTube videos, items from other sources that are not within the list above), will utilise data quota from the Call Plan’s base data quota or other active data plans including basic internet.
          • All Voice calls or Video calls made with other apps will utilise base data quota or basic internet (for those without data plans or freebies).
          • Unlimited quota for Connect Apps is restricted only for subscribers’ individual use and cannot be shared with any other person(s) or devices in any manner (including modems or mobile hotspot). Connect Apps quota is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (limited to 50GB and speeds of up to 3Mbps). Upon reaching the Fair Usage Policy threshold, other data buckets (including but not limited to the base quota) will be utilised.
          • Any hotspot usage will utilise the base data quota and/or boosters (if any). The Connect bucket is not shareable
      • ii. Tahunan 200 plan (“Tahunan 200”)
        • Tahunan 200 provides 10GB of shareable hi-speed data quota, unlimited on-net calls (subject to Fair Usage Policy) and 30 days of credit validity extension per 30-days and auto-refreshes for another 11 cycles at a one-time cost of RM200.00.
        • Balance data quotas or boosters from each cycle will not be carried forward into the next cycle. Subscribers that subscribe to Tahunan 200 will not be able to subscribe to any other MI plan unless they unsubscribe from the plan first.

The UNLCalls booster is priced at RM20.00 and provides unlimited voice calls to all-networks with its own 30 days validity. UNLCalls can only be automatically renewed or repurchased provided that there is an active Tahunan 200 plan and sufficient credit balance in your Halo Telco mobile number or other registered forms of payment.
        • Any hotspot usage will utilise the base data quota and/or boosters (if any).
        • Any data usage after any paid or promotional data quotas are exhausted may revert to Free Basic Internet quota allocated at speeds of up to kbps. Usage notifications at 90% and 100% will be sent via SMS to the subscriber.
  6. For all plans purchased, validity will start on the day of purchase and will expire at midnight (11:59pm) on the day of expiry (Refer to the table in Clause 4 above).
  7. Auto-renewals are processed between 00:01am midnight to 01:30am the day after the plan expires. (For more information on specific plans eligible for auto renewal, please refer to the table in Clause 4 above). Subscribers are advised to not attempt to add or renew your plan within this time period to avoid accidental double charging. In the event that the subscriber has insufficient balance to be auto-renewed, the subscription will be deactivated. To enjoy the data plan again, subscriber may reload and re-subscribe.
  8. Multiple Data Buckets usage prioritisation.

    In the case of multiple active data plans, utilization will be based on the below table:

  9. All prices mentioned in Clause 4 and Clause 5 excludes Sales & Services Tax (“SST”). SST will be charged to non-Malaysian’s subscribers (registered with Passport) for any purchases via non-credit forms of payment (e.g. credit or debit card).
  10. Calls to premium/special numbers (including but not exclusive to 1-300 and 1-800 numbers) will incur charges as per applicable rates.
  11. All unused data balances will be forfeited and refunds will not be valid.
  12. Halo Telco reserves the right at any time without liability to suspend or terminate the service, plans, data, and voice or call subscriptions if Halo Telco has reasonable ground that you are in violation of the applicable Terms and Conditions.
  13. All queries pertaining to the above Plans should be directed to Halo Telco’s Customer Care by Live Chat, calling (+603-58703107) (non-Halo Telco or overseas) from 8am to 9pm daily.
  14. Where the terms & conditions are translated into a language other than the English Language, in the event of any inconsistencies, conflicts or discrepancies between the terms and conditions set out in the English Language version and that of the other language(s), the English Language version shall prevail. Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting any gender include all genders, and words applicable to natural persons include references to a firm, body corporate or unincorporated, association or an authority, and vice versa.
  15. The law governing this Terms and Conditions shall be the law of Malaysia.
  16. Halo Telco reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or Fair Usage Policy at any time, without prior notice.
  17. The subscriber’s personal information is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2010 requirements and governed by Halo Telco’s Privacy Policy at https://www.halogo.my/privacy_policies.
