Following are the terms and conditions that govern your access to this website. Please exit if you do not agree to abide to these terms and conditions.

  1. eSIM Availability and Eligibility
    • 1. eSIM or embedded SIM allows subscribers to activate a network plan onto the supported phone, without inserting a physical SIM.
    • 2. This eSIM shall be made available to all new and existing Halo Telco's subscribers ("Subscribers") from 21th October 2022 ("Effective Date") onwards and shall continue to be available until further notice is issued by Halo Telco.
    • 3. This eSIM Pack will automatically be applicable for new Subscribers subscribing to Halo Telco on the Effective Date onwards, including mobile number portability Subscribers ("MNP Subscribers") who submitted their port-in request on the Effective Date and onwards. Any other previous Halo Telco prepaid packs will no longer be available for new Subscribers and/or MNP Subscribers starting from the Effective Date onwards.
    • 4. Existing Subscribers will have the option to remain with their physical sim, OR to switch to the eSIM. The existing Subscribers may continue to use their current tariff and data plans until such plans are discontinued or decided otherwise by Halo Telco.
    • 5. For Halo Telco, new eSIM or port-in number is only available for HTJIMAT tariff with a price of RM8.
    • 6. With regards to the requirement stated in Clause 1 above, below are the compatible devices for eSIM:

    • 7. Once eSIM profile is removed from the device, the profile is no longer reusable. Subscribers will need to repurchase a new eSIM profile to be used on the same or different device. In the event of eSIM replacement, all SIM replacements require subscribers to provide proof of ownership as a security measure, in addition this step will ensure that subscribers’ correct mobile number is reflected in the eSIM profile (crucial step for successful iMessage activation for Apple iOS devices).
    • 8. The eSIM is non-transferable to any other account, entity or individual in any kind.
    • 9. Halo Telco reserves the right to cease, alter or suspend the provision of the eSIM at any time without prior notice based on its sole and absolute discretion. For avoidance of doubt, such alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension by Halo Telco does not entitle the Subscribers to any claims and/or compensation against Halo Telco (whether in cash or in kind) for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Subscribers as a direct or indirect result of the act of alteration, cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.
    • 10. By purchasing the eSIM, Subscribers agree that they accept and understand these terms and conditions herein and agree to abide by these terms and conditions at all times.
  2. General Terms and Conditions
    • 1. Halo Telco reserves the right to withdraw, amend, omit and/or vary any part or the whole terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
    • 2. Halo Telco reserves the right at any time to cancel, reject, suspend or terminate the Subscriber's subscription if Halo Telco in its sole discretion, believes that the Subscriber has violated the terms and conditions herein.
    • 3. All Subscribers participating in this eSIM purchase are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein together with Halo Telco Service Subscription Terms and Conditions, as and when so amended herein from time to time. Any decisions made by Halo Telco shall be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
    • 4. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
    • 5. The terms and conditions herein shall be governed and construed in the laws of Malaysia and submits to the jurisdiction of Malaysia.
    • 6. In the event any of the provisions in this terms and conditions are invalid, illegal and/or unenforceable under any applicable laws or by any reasons whatsoever, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
    • 7. No delay or indulgence by Halo Telco in enforcing any terms and conditions herein shall constitute waiver by Halo Telco of the Subscriber's breach of these terms and conditions.
